A new Dynamics GP blog – all the way from Canada

I had the pleasure of speaking to Jen Kuntz earlier today, who runs Kuntz Consulting Inc. and recently started a blog about her experiences with Dynamics GP.

Jen told me about her blog while we were on the phone and I went to check it out right away. Looking at the list of recent blog topics, one about customer service caught my eye. I thought, let’s see how different things are in Canada, because customer service in the US has really deteriorated recently. Well, it turns out things are not so different in Canada and the lessons that Jen writes about are great ones for all consultants to keep in mind.

Jen also has a fabulous post explaining the background of Dynamics GP dictionaries and launch files (aka dynamics.set) and promises a lot more Report Writer content. Jen, I am sending all my Report Writer questions to you from now on!

  1. Hi Victoria, Since you’re shining the spotlight on Dynamics GP professionals in Canada, I thought I’d throw my voice in here too. I’ve started a blog at http://www.aaronberquist.com – I have 8 years experience in Dynamics GP and have started a blog to share some tips and tricks I’ve picked up along the way. My blog has a technical focus, with the first few posts focussing on global SQL reports and how to make things easier when working with a large number of Dynamics GP company databases. I hope everyone who visits your site will take a minute and check out my blog – I’m trying to add new content each week and with any luck, more often than that. Thanks! 3. Hey Jen,
Good to see there are still a few people up here in Canada and in particular my home town of Toronto doing some good Dynamics GP work! Congratulations on the new blog and the plug from another GP superstar – Victoria.
