This book will be incredible. I have the GP 2010 Implementation Book (in print & e form) and cannot breathe without it. The print book has about 50 pages that I flagged & some are dog-eared from overuse. I could not have become an important part of our implementation team without it. I’m considered the SQL Installer & where did I learn it first? Victoria Yudin’s Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010. Thanks for covering GP 2013 as well.

This book is a great tool for those who work with gp. I’m pond in working with the program and the first thing is good to know how to implement gp.
I have always found excellent support on their website and I have great expectations from the book and from the time that Victoria Yudin wrote it is known beforehand that this book should be in our library.

My expectations are that this new book will be the most valuable tool for GP implementations as I look to you as the “GP guru”! I have been consulting (accounting/software) for 29 years, but only 12 years exclusively with GP. I look forward to receiving posts on your page as they always bring new ideas and processes to light. Thank you for that! Best wishes on a successful book launch!

Thank you so much to everyone for the wonderful comments! In hindsight, I probably should have made the time period shorter, so we could pick the winners sooner. However, at this point, it’s less than 2 weeks to go, so we’re almost there. 🙂
Thanks again!

This book would be a great resourse during an implementation or upgrade to GP 2013 (which we will be doing this year). The last chapter on training, tools, troubleshooting and other resources would make this a valuable “Go To” manual for future reference as well. I always enjoy Victoria Yudin’s suggestions on the daily GPUG email and am amazed at the breadth of her knowledge and experience. Thank you for making our day-to-day tasks a little easier.

Once again, Victoria Yudin to the rescue. I am tasked with putting together a timeline and project outline for updating from GP2010 SP4 to GP 2013 this year. I recently celebrated my 1 year anniversary as a GP System Developer/Analyst so this book would be a lifesaver!

As a GP implementation consultant, regular reader of the victoriayudin.com site, and owner of her GP 2010 Implementation book, the practical advice and direction I have received from her has been invaluable. Keep up the GREAT work! Looking forward to reading (and hopefully winning) the new GP 2013 Implementation book, as well as sharing her strategies and techniques with my customers.

Being a consultant is not as easy as it looks, and often I find myself wanting to refer to a colleague to confirm my findings, thoughts, or question what I see or think… and it doesn’t always work out that someone is around. I have found that when I refer to Victoria’s blog, book, or website, I find solutions to my problems – if this book is anything like the last… I will have solutions leading me into the latest edition. Thank you Victoria for your wisdom!

This sounds exactly what we needed years ago when we launched GP. We are constantly finding that we have an overly-complicated structure, making routines like the reconciliation for running HITB impossible. It would be good to see how and why it should have been done to see where we need to go now.

This would have been a nice book to help when I was tasked with integrating another application with GP. I’d love to see a textbook dedicated to eConnect and it’s intricacies but I doubt there is a market for that.
