Limitations on data in GP?

One of the benefits of Dynamics GP being on Microsoft SQL Server is that there are virtually no limitations on the number of entries of a particular type.  But the question does come up a lot.  What’s the maximum number of customers or customer addresses, or sales transactions, or line items can I have in GP ?  I found a nice table of all SQL Server maximum capacity specifications showing that for the most part what will be limiting your data is hardware, not GP or SQL Server.  SQL Server 2008 maximum capacity specifications are slightly different and even more impressive.
